Whether with all parents or with one, at our family yoga retreat we spend a laid-back and physical activity filled break together. Leaving expectations and obligations behind, we dedicate ourselves to movement, experimenting and feeling.

All together from A-Z, from 0-100.
Everyone is welcome, whether yoga newcomers or those with experience, as well as pregnant women or recent mothers. Our focus is on a whole new experience with your children and partners.

We’ve shared our yoga teacher training, we’ve shared our pregnancies – almost to the day. Once our baby girls were born (three days apart), we were longing to meet on the mat – with them. So, we started looking for family yoga retreats that we could join either with our without our partners – but such a format seemed to simply not exist. That’s why we founded it.

Our family yoga retreats are supposed to feel like a magical and fun escape. Practicing yoga with kids, is a differenct kind of practice. However, in everyday life, one not always find tranquillity as parents anyways, and that’s when family yoga, shows how to integrate elements of yoga in everyday scenes. Even if the surrounding doesn’t offer stillness, you’ll learn how to find stillness within yourself.
